- 1 teaspoon Spirulina
- 1 glass of Sunflower Oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tablespoons of smoked salt
- 6 Slices of Pumpkin
- 1 Frozen Octopus
- We begin the recipe by preparing a Lactonesa of the super food recommended by Nasa (spirulina), for that we take a teaspoon of spirulina and add it in the bowl of the blender, add a glass of sunflower oil and half a glass of milk, and we start to Beat slowly until it is lactonesa. Once finished, we put it in a kitchen bottle and we reserved it in the fridge
To prepare the sweet smoked pumpkin, we only have to take a couple of tablespoons of smoked salt (pot bought) and put them in a pan over medium heat. On the smoked salt place our slices of squash and let the proportion of sugar that carries the salt smokes caramelice and appear the smoky touches. We cook the pumpkin until tender.
The cooking of the octopus will be done at a low temperature, directly from frozen, to a temperaratura of 90º, leaving it in the water bath for 3 hours 30 minutes and we will obtain a perfect octopus and at its optimum point of cooking.
Once the octopus is cooked, we will mark it with a very strong torch and proceed to the finalization of the dish, where we will place the pumpkin leaves in the center, above the octopus and accompany it with a few drops of spirulina lactonesa.
