Lemon tahini sauce. Super easy vegan sauce made from sesame tahini, vegetable stock, olive oil, and a whole lot of lemon flavor. It is delicious drizzled over roasted or grilled vegetables, as a sandwich dressing, or as a dip for raw vegetables.
- 2 Tablespoons tahini
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
- zest of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste"
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn off heat.
Use right away or pour into a mason jar and store in the refrigerator.
Delicious drizzled over grilled or roasted vegetables.
