Not only is this recipe super easy to make – it’s delicious and nutritious too. It’s great served with this cacao tart. You can top with a selection of nuts, honey (or more maple syrup) and we’ve also added a sprinkle of blueberry powder.
- 8 plums, stoned and chopped
- 200ml/7fl oz coconut milk
- 12 pitted dates
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 banana
- Optional toppings: mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds and blueberry powder.
- 1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Freeze overnight.
