Easy 6 ingredient hummus and avocado sandwich. A delicious sandwich made very quickly using hummus, tomato, sprouts, avocado, and grated carrots on a roll or wrap.
- 1 roll or sandwich wrap
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 2 tomato slices
- 1 medium carrot, peeled
- a small handful of sprouts
- 2 Tablespoons hummus"
Grate the carrot with a box grater
Assemble the sandwich- Spread hummus on both sides of the roll. Layer the remaining ingredients on the roll.
Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy!
Substitute pea shoots, arugula, or lettuce for the sprouts.Can also be made on sliced bread or in a wrap.
