- 1 cucumberfresh
- 100 gram (g) turkeybreast
- 100 gram (g) almondblanched
- 3 tablespoon lemonjuice
- 1 tablespoon mazonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon yogurtgreek
- 1 dill, parsleyfresh
- Chop turkey breast, cucumber and almonds.
- Season with salt and add the lemon juice. Mix all.
- Add mayonnaise, sour cream and Greek yogurt and mix again all.
- Garnish with parsley and fresh dill.
