Troopers are approaching the Imperial dates where we all get our best galas and our best recipes for our guests. Today I'm going to leave one of the most successful entrees and if or if you're going to do this year both for the economic and for the tasty.
- Cherry tomatoes
- Sesame seeds
- 5 Cda of Brown Sugar
- 2 Cda of Water
- We begin by preparing our chupachups of caramelized cherry tomatoes with sesame, adding to a casserole 5 tablespoons of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of water, and let warm until the caramel begins to bubble.
While that happens what we are going to do is to make the chupa chups with the cherry tomatitos, for that we take sticks of chupa chups and if we do not have them we can use sticks of pinchitos and cut until having the desired size.
We drill the tomatoes with the stick and as you can see these already have a way of sucking chups.
When the caramel starts to bubble it is time to put out the fire and begin to shape our incoming star.
We take a chupa chups of tomato and we introduce it in the half in the caramel, in order apt soon to introduce it in the sesame seeds, being these these stuck.
On this occasion two varieties of sesame seeds have been used, but I leave you the creative level and use other varieties such as Chia, Cannamo or Pistachio Troceados.
This entree is perfect for the contrast at the time of having it in the mouth, since at the time of biting you you find the candy of the caramel with the explosion of the tomato and the crunchy of the sesame
It is an easy, inexpensive and irresistible entree.
